Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 States and Territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Samoa, APOs, and FPOs) and International to select countries: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Cayman Islands, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Taiwan, Tonga, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Venezuela, Virgin Islands (British).

What methods of shipping do you use?
Our orders are shipped via USPS Priority, International Priority Mail or UPS.

About how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because some of our items are handcrafted and made to order, shipped from our CA facility, or shipped from one of our international partners please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship, unless otherwise noted.

If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available.

What is your return policy?
KVK Designs has taken every measure to carefully inspect and package your order. Please inspect your items carefully on delivery. Because we strive to offer only fine quality merchandise, and to provide conscientious service to you, your feedback is very valuable to us. KVK Designs must receive any returns within 30 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange, excluding shipping fees. No need for return authorization. Merchandise that is damaged scratched or show visible wear will not be eligible for a return/exchange.

What is your customer guarantee?
At KVK Designs, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you or are not happy with your purchase or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express debit and credit cards.

KVK Designs accepts Paypal for online transactions. If you would like to place your order using Paypal.

Is there sales tax?
Yes, for New Jersey customers only : 7% sales tax.

What happens once I place an order online?
We will send you an order confirmation by e-mail letting you know that your order has been received. We will let you know if an item is out-of-stock or on back-order.

Will I receive confirmation once my order is shipped?
We will send you an e-mail message confirming that your order has been shipped.

How safe is it ordering online?
Ordering from KVK Designs is guaranteed safe. All registration and credit card information is stored on a secure server accessed only by our staff.

What about my address information?
At KVK Designs we believe that safeguarding your online privacy is our responsibility. We will only use this information within KVK Designs to send out newsletters or announcments to our customers.

Do you offer Wholesale Prices to retailers? Yes we do! Our wholesale rates are available to other retail stores, online stores, or sales through home parties and fundraising. Please "Contact Us" to send us an inquiry via email. Please include your Company Name, Contact Name, Address, Phone Number and Tax ID#, and let us know what items you are interested in. We will reply with wholesale information promptly. Wholesale Minimum Order is $75.00.

When will an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" be back in stock?
Usually within a few weeks. Email us and tell us what you would like and we will email you when it arrives.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy for Wholesale Orders?
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. However, we will gladly exchange any product for replacement within 15 days of the shipment date, if it was damaged in shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All exchanges for damaged merchandise must be accompanied by the packing slip. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return.

Can you ship me a paper catalog?
Yes we can ship you our "Simply For You" Catalog. A spectacular array of candles, jewelry, cosmetics and candle lanterns.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?
Yes, our E-Gift Certificates are offered in dominations of $25.00 - $250.00.
