Shipping Rules and Regulations

We ship anywhere in the United States and International via USPS or UPS.

We do our very best to send out your order as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to ship. We do not ship on (Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

If you order more than one item and one or more of your items are backordered, your in-stock item(s) will be shipped per our normal processing time. Your backordered item(s) will be shipped separately at no additional charge when they become available. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. You will also be notified of any other delays beyond 10 days after placing your order.

Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of kvkdesigns.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Shipping outside North America:
KVK Designs will ship to all United States and territories, APO/FPO and International to select countries. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, P.O. Boxes, Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands and Samoa are shipped via a standard shipping method and cannot be expedited.

Note: International customers may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for any fees incurred, including international shipment and handling.

Post Office Boxes
Orders sent to PO boxes can only be sent via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes.
