Crafted from sterling silver with rich 4-mm garnet accents, our mini Tibetan prayer wheel bears the mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum," which translates "Hail to the jewel in the lotus."

In Tibetan Buddhism, this mantra is thought to invoke the powerful benevolent attention and blessings of Chenrezig, the embodiment of compassion. One turn of the Prayer Wheel is considered to be equal to speaking the Om mantra once, while spinning the Prayer Wheel is believed to cause its energy to travel throughout the world.
