Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout the United States, including U.S. territories and Armed Forces postal designations (APO/FPO).
Orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow approximately 3–7 business days for your order to ship unless otherwise noted. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Customer Satisfaction
At KVK Designs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase, most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Please see our Returns Policy for complete details.
Payment Methods
We accept a variety of secure payment methods for online purchases. Available payment options will be displayed during checkout.
Sales tax of 6.625% applies to applicable orders placed by customers in New Jersey.
Order Process
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you will receive an additional shipping notification.

Returns and Exchanges
Most eligible items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Discounted items, items marked "final sale," and custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged, retain the original packaging, photograph the issue, and contact us. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be replaced at no additional cost, and we will provide a return shipping label.
